Changes to penalty rates are due to be rolled out across the hospitality industry on 1 July and Hospitality Magazine spoke to Employsure about what the changes mean for SMEs.

End of financial year is always a significant time, but with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award, the Restaurant Industry Award and the Fast Food Industry Award all set to change, many businesses are reaching out for advice about their obligations. The minimum wage is also being reviewed, so small businesses are bracing themselves for changes on this front too.
