Edward discusses the challenges for business owners addressing workers compensation claims and the associated financial implications including administration costs, absenteeism, mental health and stress management of employees.

Further discussed is the importance of employers being able to access industry experts to assist with their claims management, including return to work practices to keep their workplaces fair and safe.
